Exclusive City Policy

Payments

Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, clients agree to:

Maintain ownership and access to their own website, Google Business Profile, and ad accounts. Not engage other SEO or digital marketing providers for the same scope of services during the term of the agreement without prior written notice.

Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by Eclipse Media LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment in full, deliverables specific to your business are transferred to you. General methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes remain the property of Eclipse Media LLC at all times.
